The Executive Chairman State Universal Basic Education Board, Malam Yusif Kabir has charged Directors of the to work as a team with the staff under their Department so as to deliver perfectly.
Malam Yusif Kabir gave the charge during the maiden meeting with the management staff held at Board Room SUBEB Head Quarter.
The Executive Chairmanu, said the meeting was convened purposely to meet with the management to discuss on the situation, activities and Challenges so as to come up with proper recommendations that would improve service delivery in the Board.
He reemphasized that teamwork encourages staff personal growth, increase outcome and serve as best way to solve many problems, then assured to work with all Directors and other relevant officers base on their assigned schedule so that everyone would feel sense of belonging and perform duty diligently.
“ I’m assuring you that my leadership style will attach more emphasis on competency, commitment and good character of every staff, therefore I’m urging you as superior officers to lead by example” he stated
The Executive Chairman, also charged them to always be sincere while discharging duty, adding that sincerity promotes honest exchanges between superiors and subordinates.
Malam Yusif Kabir, called on the Directors to always be punctual to office so that they could perform better, warning that, the Board would not condone lateness and any form of irregularities.
He used the medium to express his gratitude to the State Governor Eng.Abba Kabir Yusif for appointing him as the Executive Chairman, assuring to do his best in supporting Government policies and programs aimed at improving the standard and quality of Basic Education in the state
