As part of efforts to showcase the rich history and achievements of public primary schools across Kano State, the spotlight is on Sumaila Gabas Special Primary School, one of the leading basic education institutions under the Sumaila Local Government Education Authority (LGEA).
Established in 1976, the school is strategically located at Bakin Kasuwa, Kofar Gabas, Sumaila, and has remained committed to providing quality basic education to generations of learners. The school’s name was derived from Kofar Gabas Ward, the community in which it is situated, reflecting its deep-rooted connection with the people it serves.
