Upper Basic Schools Compete in Tarauni’s Inter-School Football Tournament



Tarauni Local Government Area hosted an inter-school football tournament for upper-basic schools, which concluded on Thursday, July 25, 2024. The final match saw Aminu School from Gyadi Gyadi emerge as champions, defeating Al’isra School from Unguwa Uku with a score of 4-0.
The Education Secretary of Tarauni, Comrade Bashir Karkasara, praised the efforts of the winning students and commended the Chairman of Tarauni Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Mai Kano, for his support towards educational development in the area.
The tournament was played in a peaceful and sporting manner, showcasing the talents of young students from various schools in the local government area.
