HoS Commends NASU for boosting productivity for efficiency

The State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, has praised the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) at the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) for their dedication to enhancing work efficiency.

During a recent event, Musa distributed uniforms to junior staff, emphasizing the importance of maintaining dignity and professionalism in the workplace ¹.

Malam Yusif Kabir, SUBEB Chairman, acknowledged the collaborative effort between the board and NASU in providing the uniforms, encouraging other staff unions to follow NASU’s lead.

Comrade Aminu MaiKudi Gezawa, NASU branch chairman at SUBEB, explained that the uniforms were part of the union’s welfare program aimed at enhancing members’ well-being.

The distributed items included uniforms for drivers, messengers, cleaners, and drivers.

Rabiu Mikail, Head of the messengers’ group, expressed gratitude to SUBEB and NASU for the kind gesture. The event also recognized outstanding staff members with awards for their dedication to duty.
