Be punctual SUBEB ag chair tasks staff

The acting Chairperson, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Hajiya Amina Umar has charged staff. to live up expectation as present committed to revive service condition for efficiency. Hajiya Amina gave the charge at weekly briefing meeting held at SBMC hall. SUBEB Headquarters.

The acting chairperson said the weekly meeting was reintroduce to brief staff on the series of activities conducted. within the week.
She added that the meeting was also. geared toward extending employer and employees cordial relationship through discussing success story and challenges for comments and feedback from all staff.

In his remark at the meeting the Director Personal and Management, Alhaji Rabiu Abdukadir Harbau stated that, the meeting was to discuss key issues which includes punctuality, Staff deposition list, sanitation, staff posting and transfer Among other.
As measure to checkmated indiscriminate posting and transfer the management of the Board cancelled all posting and transfer during transition period adding that all affected staff are directed to revert to their former station with immediate effect.on the issue of sanitation, Harbau said the management has made all necessary arrangement for weekly sanitation exercise on every Thursday morning.
“We want keep our environment so clean and tidy therefore it is mandatary to all staff to participate actively as the board provided all materials and tools for successful conduct of the exercise.” He noted
While thanking the entire staff for their commitment to duty, the director admonished them to shun absentees and always be punctual and stay up to closing time.
He called on directors submit staff list and schedule of every staff as requested by the office of the Commissioner for Education.

Speaking the Director Academic Services Malam Musa Almu Baba said the administration of Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf set renovate fifty (50) schools with large number of pupils in metropolitan and semi urban areas
