NASU Commends Kano Governor for Improving Workers’ Welfare

The Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU), Kano State Chapter, has also commended the Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, for his administration’s efforts in improving the welfare of workers in the education sector.
The State Chairman of the Union, Comrade Aminu Mai Kudi, stated this in a release, praising the government for prioritizing the well-being of non-academic staff and ensuring that their rights and benefits are adequately addressed.
He specifically noted that non-academic staff have greatly benefited from the recent promotion exercise, which has positively impacted their careers, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
He explained that non-academic staff play a crucial role in the smooth running of schools and educational institutions, as they handle administrative duties, security, maintenance, and other essential services that support teaching and learning activities.
Comrade Aminu Mai Kudi added that improved welfare packages and the implementation of promotions enhance productivity, boost morale, and create a stable working environment within schools..
The Union reaffirmed its commitment to working collaboratively with the Kano State Government to sustain progress in the education sector and ensure continuous support for all categories of education workers.
